The negative body image and its evil partner your brain creates bad habits. These negative images in reality are motivators. You need these to unlock your potential these are the building blocks to fitness.
Training for the last 25 years I have created a system that helps people achieve weight-loss, athletic performances, and overall functional strength. The results speak volume for improved body image and mental strength. I have learned a fundamental truth.
You will fail at getting into shape unless your make the conscious effort to realize everyone is motivated few are disciplined.

Why The Pr3detor System
I am a coach, and a mentor.
Almost all aspects of physical conditioning I have been exposed to having endured countless repetitions, evolutions, and grueling exertion throughout my fitness journey. This is what I learned mind is always over matter, when your are done your are just beginning, and tell your body to shut up and keep going.
What did I get from this hard work I developed aggression, intensity, no-quit attitude, and grit. I internalized these values that I will never surrender my body, my will, or my mind to failure. I had to conquer my fears, I had to prove the naysayers wrong. I pushed myself to extremes. My value came from what I set out to do.
This story is no different then yours. I love fitness since the age of 16 when the girl I asked to a school dance told me I had a cute face but I was fat. This was reinforced by my sister who said it is true. So instead of buckling to my feelings I chased my fat into submission and strangled it like a Pr3detor with its prey. My key to overcoming this was accepting my shortfalls, visualizing the new me, I stopped making excuses and began to work on my self through exercise. This same solution I am offering you!
Years down the road , I know that I have had my hands in training elite warfighters, athletes, average moms and dads looking to get a better version of themselves. I have donated my services to spread the fundamentals of functional fitness. I have created a system designed to suffocate your anxieties stomp out your image issues and instill the Heart of a Pr3detor seeking its prey.
Coaching for me is simple I take every person with the will and desire and follow 3 simple steps.
1. Face your worst enemy (You) in the mirror!
2. No excuses..... make a way possible from the impossible!
3. Search and Destroy your weaknesses.. Become a Pr3detor!
Now, you know the game plan this is not rocket science, theories and why my opinion of your body even matters. It don't . Not another trainer with do this for that and that for this. Just do .... accept your shortfalls and combat kick them in the throat .. Take your teeth and sink it into your excuses. Remember the story mentioned above? When your fat ,or to skinny, or lazy ,or disabled, or to anxious. You already know all this! So accept it and change it stop looking for a pill, or a guru, or a workout buddy you have it already. I realized I was fat so I faced fatty and punched him in the face mounted him and strangled him until he gave way to me. The real me.. Confident, Strong, and Courageous.

Many people struggle to stick to a diet because they fail to train their minds to view meal planning as a pathway to success. Without a clear frame of thought, it becomes challenging to maintain discipline and overcome the temptations that arise. The key to success lies in reshaping our mental approach to food, understanding that it is not just about restriction, but rather nourishment and long-term well-being. By reframing our mindset and focusing on the positive aspects of a well-balanced meal plan, we can cultivate a sense of purpose and motivation. It is crucial to view healthy eating as a lifestyle rather than a temporary fix, which requires consistency and dedication. By training our brains to perceive meal planning as a tool for success, we can break free from the cycle of failed diets and achieve our desired goals.
